Refund Policy
At QuickGrab, we strive to deliver seamless digital services and transparent financial transactions. Our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our platform integrity. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase or transaction through QuickGrab.
1. Prepaid Card Purchases (MasterCard & Visa)
Once a physical prepaid card (MasterCard or Visa) has been purchased, shipped, and received by the customer, QuickGrab does not offer refunds. This includes all cases where the card has been successfully delivered or collected.
2. Card Loading Errors
If a customer loads funds into their QuickGrab wallet and attempts to transfer those funds to a prepaid card, but the transaction fails due to a system error, QuickGrab will promptly refund the full amount to the customer’s QuickGrab account.
3. DStv Subscription Payments
Payments made through QuickGrab for DStv subscriptions are non-refundable. Once the transaction is completed, the funds are immediately credited to the customer’s DStv decoder account and cannot be reversed.
4. DStv Decoder Purchases
In the event of a failed transaction during the purchase of a DStv decoder—such as a system error or unsuccessful payment but the amount deducted from the users account—QuickGrab will refund the full amount to the customer’s QuickGrab account.
