How to reduce fees when Topping Up Your QuickGrab Account

You can significantly reduce cost when topping up your QuickGrab account through manual top up.

Here, you get to pay just Momo charges and zero platform charges.

For example, when loading 50,000frs manually, you pay a fee of 750frs only meanwhile with automatic top up you pay a fee of 1,547frs

Step1: login

Login to your QuickGrab account and click "Top Up" then "Manual".

OR

if you are using the website app dashboard, simply click on Manual top up .

Step2: amount and instructions

Enter the amount you want to top up.

Dial the code in the instructions.

Send a screenshot of payment to the WhatsApp number in the instructions.

click "Send Screen Shot".

Step3: confirmation

The system takes you to WhatsApp with a prefilled message showing the amount you put in your account, your email:

Hello QuickGrab,
